I have been using TLC for many years and have always found my local branch,Coulsdon, to always be helpful when not totally sure of what was needed. I phoned them to see what options were available to me when a downright that I purchased a year ago, failed and on checking in the catalogue, was nolonger stocked as it had been superceded. I was told to request a replacement as the item had a long guarantee and there was a direct replacement. I sent a request for a replacement, and a new item was sent to me the following day.I have no reservations in recommending TLC for outstanding customer service.
