Applying for a french long stay visa can be a tortuous process. Once the application is completed and the TLS website is accessed the trouble begins. Often applications when submitted fail to be validated/accepted resulting in having to input data again. We also had difficulties getting an appointment.
Contact with the helpline can be hit or miss, depending who picks up the call. We have experienced both exceptional service or no help at all!
