If you are thinking about working at TMC Fine Jewellers, please rethink. I was fired with no explanation or acknowledgment after asking management for clarification about shifts. During the interview process I was told I would have at least two shifts with the ability to work during the week. This was also consistent with how the role was advertised on Seek. However, they did not follow through, often cancelling shifts so I had none each week. When I enquired about this, instead of addressing it and being held accountable, they fired me. If you are looking to work at a company where management is competent, where you can raise concerns and not feel like you will get fired/actually get fired, don’t work here - you will be treated as replaceable.
