Me being a typical male having no idea about rings, I felt a bit nervous going in with my fiance to hopefully learn more and find a design we liked. Big shoutout to Shelley who helped us out and made us feel welcome. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision however as soon as we left the shop, we knew that we were going with an amazing TMC design that lit up my fiancés eyes as soon as she saw it.

The customer service was amazing. Me and my partner both felt so comfortable and supported, no pressure at all and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. The environment was stunning and calming with complimentary drinks. A hand written card and rose on valentines was the cherry on top of this amazing service. We won’t be getting rings anywhere else!

If you are thinking about working at TMC Fine Jewellers, please rethink. I was fired with no explanation or acknowledgment after asking management for clarification about shifts. During the interview process I was told I would have at least two shifts with the ability to work during the week. This was also consistent with how the role was advertised on Seek. However, they did not follow through, often cancelling shifts so I had none each week. When I enquired about this, instead of addressing it and being held accountable, they fired me. If you are looking to work at a company where management is competent, where you can raise concerns and not feel like you will get fired/actually get fired, don’t work here - you will be treated as replaceable.
I ordered a wedding band for my future husband (Flat Brushed Dual Grooved Men's Ceremonial Band). My partner is a simple man, but these incredible designs (especially the one I picked hehe) are simple however, have a hint of specialness to it. I also got it engraved. The team of TMC were so helpful and kept me up to date the whole process. I couldn’t recommend TMC more!Thank you, thank you, thank you
Amazing experience!! I went into the Sydney show room on the 16th of Jan to explore options for an engagement ring. Shelley was amazing throughout the whole process in helping me find the perfect ring. She helped me with all my questions and really listened to what I wanted.The experience was exceptional from the beginning, I was made to feel at ease and try on as many options as I wanted. Nothing was ever a bother and the team really made the process seamless for me and my partner
everything pre was amazing original ring appointment to design purchase ring was great after that not so much I was told a few things would happen that didnt for example a video of the ring when it was ready collection was a very brief experience didnt have the same care as the pre I took the parents of my fiancé and it was very pay your balance and see you later ring is beautiful very happy with product just after sae could of been better
