Extremely frustrating. I passed the initial assessment, but the staff ignored my emails despite sending persistent automated messages. When I finally spoke to someone, they informed me that the house I was interested in was unaffordable without providing any concrete figures or explanations. Just vague comments about my budget not allowing enough surplus income. I find it hard to believe I passed the initial assessment under these circumstances. This review wouldn’t be necessary if I had just been shown how it was unaffordable. The document upload form is incredibly annoying, displaying text letter-by-letter with no option to skip ahead.
