Extremely poor service. I am in the process of buying a shared ownership property and had to go through their affordability checks. It took them ten days just to sign the affordability letter, despite my prompt document submissions. The coordinator was slow to respond, and the entire process was chaotic and frustrating, with constant requests for the same documents. After this experience, I would never trust them with my mortgage.
