Most unprofessional service ever, man on phone was rude obnoxious and did not listen to a thing I said. Just wanted to show his importance. I was trying to get a shared ownership property and he invented his own story as he was too concerned with listening to the sound of his own voice. Then even had the audacity to tell the housing association I could not prove where money was coming from when I actually could do and was telling him that but he was too into his own condescending speech to LISTEN
