Asked for all my information, which I gave them. They acknowledged. Then an utterly useless person called me to discuss my income of £30 per month!! I asked her what she was talking about. She claimed nothing had been sent. I told her it had and I had the acknowledgement, I've never been refused a loan or mortgage in my life but in 5 minutes she decided I didn't earn enough, even though she had incorrect information and had no idea how much I wanted to borrow or for how long. Red mist descended. They're going to call me next week. What an absolutely useless shower.
