I was recommended TMP for the process of my first mortgage. I was given up on pretty much straight away. And told to go away and speak to them again in 6 months or go for a house of a cheaper value. Applied for a house via shared ownership with a cheaper value as they advised. Never got back to me. I felt very let down and wanted to give up. Luckily the original property developers put me in touch with a far better company who were helpful, considerate and professional. And had the time and care to do there job and I now have my first house. TMP didn’t want to help me at all. Couldn’t be bothered with there jobs. Wouldn’t recommend.
