Disappointing. I passed the initial assessment, but the staff were unresponsive to my emails, even though they sent persistent automated messages. Eventually, I managed to speak with someone who informed me that the property I was interested in was beyond my budget, but they failed to provide any specific figures or a clear explanation. It was simply stated, "I’m afraid with the rent and the bills on the budget planner this would not leave enough surplus income each month." I find it difficult to comprehend how I passed the initial assessment in the first place. I wouldn't be writing this review if the representative had taken the time to demonstrate why it was unaffordable. Additionally, the document upload form they use is incredibly frustrating. It displays the text one letter at a time and doesn't allow you to skip to the end.
