I pre-ordered two items that were supposed to ship on November 14, but they were never sent. I reached out for assistance but got no reply. Two weeks later, I received an email about a new item design with a different release date. I requested a refund, which hasn't been processed yet. Communication has been inadequate, and I cannot recommend this service.
