After transaction, the 5.00 was taken off total. When I chatted and explained this so "they could help", I was told they couldn't fix it. I had to go to website. I did, but after waiting for order number. They insisted I needed the coupon, after texting immediately after my chat complaint of a large paragraph. Something that was pre-wtitten as it was too large and fast for any human to type it, that it was out of their hands. After a couple of back and forths with web person, I finally able to locate 5.00 coupon. They then had to honor it but I am still awaiting my refund. Shady company. I will never recommend them or buy from them again.
