I placed my first order with TN Nursery and was a little bit hesitant because of the ratings however, so far I’ve had nothing but good things to say my shipping was super fast. I I ordered 22 trees and they all were delivered within three days. I even got some extras in with my order which was a really nice surprise. Looking forward to see these trees get bigger, but so far it’s been a great experience. I would’ve liked to receive instructions on what to do with my trees once I got them like if there was any prep work before planting them, but I just got him into the ground and fingers crossed for a good season
I had a 5.00 off coupon. I applied it
After transaction, the 5.00 was taken off total. When I chatted and explained this so "they could help", I was told they couldn't fix it. I had to go to website. I did, but after waiting for order number. They insisted I needed the coupon, after texting immediately after my chat complaint of a large paragraph. Something that was pre-wtitten as it was too large and fast for any human to type it, that it was out of their hands. After a couple of back and forths with web person, I finally able to locate 5.00 coupon. They then had to honor it but I am still awaiting my refund. Shady company. I will never recommend them or buy from them again.
Outstanding service and product. The shipping was fast and the rhizomes were very large for the price. They all look very healthy. They even threw in a couple extra. Thank you very much! I will order again
This is the second order of bare root fruit trees from TN nursery, each time they come so quickly and packaged beautifully. I live down the hill from them so I’m glad it is speedy. The trees I planted last year grew faster than any tree I’ve ever planted. One is the size of my wrist from being the size of my pinky. They always give me more than I ask for and they thrive. Will be ordering again if I can find more space in my yard.
I ordered 3-4 ft trees what i got was 30 inches.. one was a stick with 5 small branches at the top, the other had more branches but both were short, if fact when i opened the box it was clear who ever packed them cut the tops off in the box. if the trees were taller they could have pressed the roots down a bit but that didnt happen. they were cut flush with the box top.

Exceptional quality plants arrived on January 2, 2026. The plants I ordered were delivered promptly after placing my order in the last week of 2025. They are very robust and in superb condition, showcasing outstanding quality. I've ordered from other mail-order services before, but none matched the same level of service and quality. I look forward to ordering more soon.
The recent delivery of velvet boxwoods was significantly stronger than the spring order. I unfortunately lost nearly half of the spring plants. As previously noted, the replacement guarantee process can be quite tedious. I still choose to purchase from the company due to its local presence and prompt delivery.
