Awful service. My item was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 6th February, but it never arrived. When I checked the tracking, it said “due to time constraints” it couldn’t be delivered and was rescheduled for Monday, 9th February. That delivery also failed for the exact same reason. The TNT depot is only 26.5 km from the delivery address, so this excuse makes no sense. Throughout this entire period, I received no text, no email, and no update of any kind. Truly pathetic service. I don’t understand why organisations or sellers continue to use delivery companies like this—these useless services damage the reputation of the businesses that rely on them.

Terrible experience overall

Horrible service. This provider deserves a negative rating. They not only fail to fulfill orders, but they also outright lie about their efforts. Contacting a real person is nearly impossible—customers can’t reach anyone by phone. Honestly, I can't believe this service is still operating.

Home but no delivery attempt

I was at home, yet the product could not be delivered. Very frustrating. The company should reconsider their delivery partner.

This service deserves MINUS 10 stars!!! Never engage with them; you'll just be disappointed! Apparently, my shipment sat at their depot for 5 days before I called to check on it. I paid a significant amount for the freight! They claimed they needed to outsource another truck for delivery, which is ridiculous given its small size. Why wasn’t this done 5 days ago? I was told it would be delivered on Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, and now perhaps Wednesday or Thursday? I'm still waiting.

Absolutely terrible.

They claimed, 'We attempted to deliver your shipment but you were unavailable,' which is a lie. They didn’t even contact me; everyone I know had the same issue.

Extremely poor customer service

I had an awful customer service experience with the local depot. I was told to be quiet, cursed at, and hung up on! All I wanted was to know why my already 5-day late delivery wasn’t arriving as promised. The representative who treated me poorly didn’t even give their name to avoid accountability. The treatment was absolutely unacceptable! I called to inquire about my delivery that was already delayed and was met with rudeness. I ended up deciding to pick up my delivery myself. I don’t want to deal with this service again.

Pathetic delivery service

The delivery was late and rescheduled with the blame placed on a customer request that never existed! I'm the customer, yet they hide behind vague delivery estimates instead of admitting their faults. Delivery is still pending, over a week late with multiple reschedules!

The worst courier experience

This service deserves a negative rating. I wasted an entire day waiting at home, with no door knock or delivery attempt. They called from a No Caller ID number, said nothing, and just hung up. Moments later, I was told they attempted delivery while I was home. I was told I had to reschedule and waste another day. How does this courier not go out of business?
