– Misleading Service, No Refund, Very Disappointing Experience
We paid this company £2,670 for bid writing/tender support services. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing and feels very misleading.
They provided us with a tender opportunity which turned out to be not suitable for our business. The worst part is that we only found this out after spending hours working on it, based on their guidance. After all the time and effort invested, we were then informed that the tender was not compatible for us.
We requested a refund, or at least for the hours/work completed to be deducted fairly, however they refused and stated that according to their terms and conditions there are no refunds.
This feels like a very tricky organisation, as the terms and conditions appear to be written only to protect them, regardless of the outcome for the customer.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to be extremely careful and read the terms in detail before paying. It feels like a scam, especially as the tender opportunities they provide can be found freely on public platforms.
Overall, a very poor experience and not a service I would recommend.
