I placed two separate orders for the same dresses in different sizes on different dates. After returning both, I received a refund for one, but the other became a dispute because I hadn’t heard back about my refund for over three weeks. When I finally got a response, I canceled my dispute with the bank, and the charge was sent back to the company. Now, over 75 days later, despite confirmation of my return, they claim they haven’t received the funds from the bank, and thus they won’t refund me. They have both my money and the returned merchandise, denying my refund! The customer service has been dreadful, offering no clear answers or resolutions. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware of this frustrating and costly experience!
