Frustrating Experience with Sizing and Exchanges

I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, as I typically wear a size 6 and have broad shoulders. I was concerned that a small would still be too small for me, and I would actually need an XS or XXS for this top. Although it’s beautiful, it’s just too big. Be cautious when ordering, as a simple exchange for a Christmas gift isn’t possible after January 1st. The sizing issues seem to be a common theme in the reviews I should have read before buying. I was eager to order several items with the exchange in mind. I’m disappointed because the quality is good, but I can't continue with a company that doesn't allow for exchanges.

Frustrating Experience with Order Cancellation

I mistakenly ordered a dress and realized within an hour that the size wouldn't fit. I immediately reached out to the support team to cancel, before the item was dispatched or processed. Despite my quick action, I was informed that the order couldn't be canceled due to it being marked as final sale. No flexibility was shown, even though I identified the mistake almost right away and there had been no fulfillment activity. While I understand final-sale policies, the refusal to cancel an erroneous order made so soon feels rigid and unhelpful. Many retailers would cancel an order in such cases. This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I will not shop with this service again. I strongly recommend others to exercise caution when purchasing, especially with sale items.

Long wait time for customer service

I am currently on hold to reach customer service and have been waiting for 30 minutes. I could hang up and wait for a text in three hours, but I’m not available then! This company needs to improve! Paying high prices for their clothing while receiving poor customer service is not a good combination. How do they continue to operate?

Two orders placed, one unresolved refund issue

I placed two separate orders for the same dresses in different sizes on different dates. After returning both, I received a refund for one, but the other became a dispute because I hadn’t heard back about my refund for over three weeks. When I finally got a response, I canceled my dispute with the bank, and the charge was sent back to the company. Now, over 75 days later, despite confirmation of my return, they claim they haven’t received the funds from the bank, and thus they won’t refund me. They have both my money and the returned merchandise, denying my refund! The customer service has been dreadful, offering no clear answers or resolutions. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware of this frustrating and costly experience!

Changed my mind after reading reviews

I was about to purchase a dress but decided to check reviews first, which made me reconsider. Do they really think that saying they are experiencing delays and thanking customers for their patience is an acceptable response? And those ‘kindly note’ comments? Ten days to ship and seventeen days to receive? That’s concerning.

Avoid purchasing from this company

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I regret not reading reviews before buying. I purchased items from their sample sale, but the size guide was completely inaccurate. They sent me dresses that are so oversized that two people could fit into each. The quality is also very poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They refuse to refund me, and I spent around $400 on poorly represented items. They claim they can’t refund me because it was a sample sale, but customer satisfaction should come first. Additionally, the delivery took so long that I missed the event for which I intended to wear one of the dresses, though I wouldn’t have worn it anyway due to its terrible quality.

I ordered dresses for an upcoming cruise on August 24. As of today, September 9, the order hasn’t even shipped. My inquiries to the company resulted in a generic ‘thank you for your patience’ response. Terrible customer service!

Disappointing shipping and return process

Shipping took two weeks, and I completed the return with a UPS tracking number confirming delivery. Yet, their returns portal states that the return hasn't even started. This service is very disappointing and ineffective; I find their clothing overpriced and the quality lacking.
