update: I called customer service and they issued the refund. Returns need to be worked on. Glad they corrected the error.I am short and the dresses were just too long. No problem-I will send them back. Well, I sent the shipment to my son's house where I would be visiting. When I tried to return them at my local UPS, I could not because I wasn't I think it was less than 60 miles away. I get on the chat and the Tuckernuck representative tried to help me. I had to send the returns back in different packages. She would send me a text with a link to send two dresses and then another for the other two. It was crazy!! I wasted over an hour trying to get correct codes. I had an appointment and couldn't keep trying. This was all what they call "Happy Returns." I was able to send two at that time. I emailed the next day and received a traditional UPS label and sent the other two dresses back. Today (two or more weeks later) I don't see but one credit. I call customer service and the automated service says I have a merchandise credit because it was outside the return window. I received the items on 5/29 and the UPS was delivered to them on 6/20. I sent it on 6/17. The mailing label said to be sure to send by 6/23. What is their problem?
