Awful, Awful customer service. I will never shop with them again. Ordered 3 dresses on line and forgot to apply my 15% discount. I called customer service and it was an awful and quite shocking experience. He “ could not” apply the 15% BUT he could if I accepted that my 3 dresses were “ final sale” I asked to speak with the manager and never got the call back … NEVER AGAIN!!!
