Tuckernuck finally credited my account on 12/22/24, after their courier picked up my return on 12/04/24. I still think this is an unacceptable amount of time to credit a return and won't be ordering anything else from this company. A Sway courier picked up my return on 12/04/24. Today is 12/19/24 and Tuckernuck customer service is telling me I have to wait until 12/26/24 to let them know if my return has not been processed. This is ridiculous! Their return policy says 2 WEEKS! I have e-mailed them at least 6 times and I keep getting the same response....I understand your frustration and I'm so sorry. Please note that we can only consider the return package as lost if the tracking information has not been updated for 14 business days from the last update so if your refund has not been processed by December 16, we will be more than happy to manually process it for you.Thank you so much for your patience, and I hope you have a wonderful day!Best,Rayah SThis return has OBVIOUSLY been lost by YOUR courier service or whichever service he used to return.
