I would give this company zero stars if I could. After almost two weeks and multiple outreach attempts to understand why my return (managed by their partner, Veho) was taking so long, they finally decided to refund me for my returns, even though they are convinced their partner lost the package. Great, I thought, until I see that after they gave me my refund, they charged me two separate, mysterious charges, for $24.03 and $5, neither of which I’ve seen before. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them to understand what the heck is going on, to no avail. Horrible, sketchy service. Will never buy from them again. This entire process has been a weeks-long nightmare.
