No flexibility was shown, even though I identified the mistake almost right away and there had been no fulfillment activity. While I understand final-sale policies, the refusal to cancel an erroneous order made so soon feels rigid and unhelpful. Many retailers would cancel an order in such cases. This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I will not shop with this service again.
