I ordered a S’mores kit with a complimentary hot chocolate on December 1. After the dispatch time passed without any tracking update, I reached out but, based on others' reviews, I didn’t expect much. The kit finally arrived on December 15, but the hot chocolate was missing. Although it was a free gift, I likely wouldn’t have ordered without it. Others have reported similar experiences. It feels like they use this offer to attract customers but fail to fulfill it. I’ve emailed again but don’t expect a resolution. Overall, a terrible experience; I wouldn’t recommend or use this service again. Based on last year’s reviews, they haven’t resolved their timely order issues. They clearly can’t handle the demand this season and have left many customers disappointed. Not worth the money or the stress—avoid.
