Significant delay and poor communication

The order was delayed by more than a week. I tried to cancel via email according to their terms, but received no response for a week. Instead, I got an email saying the order was being dispatched. I attempted to reach out again with no reply. When the order finally arrived, half of it was missing. I will not use this service again and will recommend that others steer clear.

Communication issues and order problems

Like many others, I have received no responses to my emails, social media messages, or inquiries on the website. I placed my order on the 4th, hoping to get it before my Christmas trip, but it hasn’t even shipped. I just want my order to arrive, and if it doesn’t, I hope to get a refund. I won’t shop here again.

Deceptive delivery timelines and lack of customer support

Awful experience. I ordered three gifts totaling over £50 on December 3. The website indicated they would be dispatched in 6-7 working days. My order still hasn’t been sent, and they don’t respond to emails (other reviews suggest this is typical). I just want to know if they will arrive in time for Christmas! Terrible customer service makes me hesitant to shop with small businesses. I wish I’d seen the reviews before placing my order.

No order after four weeks and poor customer support

It’s been four weeks since I ordered, and I was charged immediately! I’ve sent three follow-up emails with no response. Please either send my order or refund my money! There has been no assistance from the platform either; telling customers to contact the seller doesn’t address the issue with these unreliable businesses.

Very disappointing! Missing items and no customer support

I ordered a S’mores kit with a complimentary hot chocolate on December 1. After the dispatch time passed without any tracking update, I reached out but, based on others' reviews, I didn’t expect much. The kit finally arrived on December 15, but the hot chocolate was missing. Although it was a free gift, I likely wouldn’t have ordered without it. Others have reported similar experiences. It feels like they use this offer to attract customers but fail to fulfill it. I’ve emailed again but don’t expect a resolution. Overall, a terrible experience; I wouldn’t recommend or use this service again. Based on last year’s reviews, they haven’t resolved their timely order issues. They clearly can’t handle the demand this season and have left many customers disappointed. Not worth the money or the stress—avoid.

Misleading delivery promises and lack of updates raise serious concerns

I placed a Christmas order on December 6 for tracked delivery. Their website claimed they would process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Now, nine days later, my order hasn’t even been marked as dispatched. There’s no tracking number, no updates, and no communication. I’ve received no replies to my emails or chat requests. My order remains unfulfilled without any explanation. I understand small businesses can be overwhelmed during the holidays, but if that’s the case, they should pause new orders, notify customers, and update the website with realistic timelines instead of maintaining a 24-hour dispatch promise that isn’t being met.

I’m writing this review because I still haven’t received my order. Extremely disappointing customer service. I ordered kits over ten days ago for a children’s party, and they haven’t arrived. I’ve contacted the business three times, but there’s been no response. There’s no phone number to call, just a very unsatisfactory and unreliable experience.
