Now, nine days later, my order hasn’t even been marked as dispatched. There’s no tracking number, no updates, and no communication. I’ve received no replies to my emails or chat requests. My order remains unfulfilled without any explanation. I understand small businesses can be overwhelmed during the holidays, but if that’s the case, they should pause new orders, notify customers, and update the website with realistic timelines instead of maintaining a 24-hour dispatch promise that isn’t being met.
