Ordered a vegan kit, received a non-vegan kit with non-vegan ingredients clearly listed. The response from the seller was that it was in fact a vegan kit and they had a batch of these kits with the wrong ingredient labels on. The resolution offered was to provide me with a new ingredient label. Only when I raised this with PayPal was I offered a refund with an extremely rude response. They were aware of this error and yet they had not contacted potentially affected customers or issued a product recall. Reported to trading standards as per their misleading labelling advice.
