If you want to pay for service and never get it...All I can say is RUN AWAY!!! I have been with toast for 3 LOOOONG miserable years. I can say if you want a system with do it yourself support, a company that does not care, and takes advantage of you financially... then toast is for you!!! I have literally paid for payroll, I never used, paid for set up services I never got and paid for support that I did myself. Tried to get reimbursed as promised and never received the refund. I tried toast for one store and it took a year to get it all straightened out... and by straightened out I mean I had to learn to program the computer to do what I wanted. Sales person promised the universe and delivered Wichita...But not to give up I tried it again for a new restaurant... thinking how could it get worse, but it did.... finally got that all set... tried it for a convenience store retail ... sent that one back ... Don't be fooled... once they get you invested it's hard to get out!!! I am proof, but I am looking elsewhere... Toast could be good but they don't care about the customer, only fees and charges!! I hope this helps someone not get Burnt by Toast.
