I placed an order through a restaurant that uses Toast, but when I realized I needed to cancel, there was no way to do it through their system. I called the restaurant directly, and even they couldn’t cancel it—they said Toast controls that process.It’s extremely frustrating that Toast doesn’t allow customers or restaurants to cancel an order quickly and easily. A basic feature like cancellation and refund should not be this difficult. This experience has made me think twice about using Toast for future orders. In fact I recommend that restaurants don't use them as a 3rd party.
