The company misrepresented the delivery timeframe as 7-10 days, but my package has been in transit for almost 30 days now (since December 16th!). The shipping carrier's phone number is unresponsive. When I contacted the company, I received numerous emails with the same automated responses despite my multiple follow-ups, and no resolution was offered. They claimed an immediate refund wasn't possible without a separate 'insurance' purchase and misleadingly stated they would reship at no cost, yet that never happened. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company and recommend finding similar products elsewhere. As a frequent online shopper, I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company has been disappointing. They do not seem to be truthful and appear to prioritize their sales over providing a decent customer experience regarding missing or delayed packages.
