AVOID! They send 1000 emails, use unreliable couriers, and then after all that they left the package in a public place junk mailbox (rather than the mail box or the gate).
This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Based on the content of their emails, they have frequent issues with delivery and think its acceptable to deliver your package to neighbours or community members. Absolutely ridiculous.
These quality kits are the best. I have purchased a number of them, not just for me BUT as gifts. Every gift recipient has been thrilled. Now I'm gifting at our church bingo, as a prize! Love them 💕
Tobio’s customer service team is amazing! I contacted them because of a delivery issue with the carrier. Their team responded to my concern within 1hour. The issue was resolved within 2 hours. I received my package the next day. Thank you!
I love the Tobio's coloring books and supplies. They are adorable too, but what I like most about their products is they are pocket sized, light weight, and stay clean before and after use. I take my little bag of fun on the go to entertain myself during downtime instead of using my phone.

I did not receive my packet due to wrong address by delivery. Jed from Tobioshop helped my wonderful. He wrote me back instantly and searched where it went wrong ! After that he asked me if I wanted the things I ordered, or pay back the amount I already payed! We agreed in paying back! So very good and smooth help from Tobio’ shop by Jed !!! Tobio's website is so easy to navigate ( if I can do it anyone can). Once I ordered I was kept informed of where my order was, when it was processed and when I could expect it to be delivered.
The product far exceeded my expectations and it is so relaxing to have a glass of wine after dinner and paint. Ps I forgot the date I ordered but my parcel arrived quickly.

The customer support is lacking and relies on automated responses. My shipment never arrived, and I've been waiting for weeks to get a refund. The courier service provided an incorrect phone number, making it impossible to reach them as instructed. Still no refund. Definitely not worth the investment!
I provided my verified buyer information the day after my initial review, although this was already included in our previous emails. The company misrepresented the delivery timeframe as 7-10 days, but my package has been in transit for almost 30 days now (since December 16th!). The shipping carrier's phone number is unresponsive. When I contacted the company, I received numerous emails with the same automated responses despite my multiple follow-ups, and no resolution was offered. They claimed an immediate refund wasn't possible without a separate 'insurance' purchase and misleadingly stated they would reship at no cost, yet that never happened. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company and recommend finding similar products elsewhere. As a frequent online shopper, I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company has been disappointing. They do not seem to be truthful and appear to prioritize their sales over providing a decent customer experience regarding missing or delayed packages.
The policy is genuinely frustrating, and while the customer service responds quickly, their assistance is entirely ineffective. I had to remind them twice about my refund, and they suggested I refuse a parcel that arrived a week after it was originally delivered. Their response to my report of an accidental double order was to send everything to me and expect me to return it, instead of simply canceling the order before it was shipped or packaged. It’s clear they are making the process as complicated as possible to retain funds from their misleading website design.
The kits were delivered right on schedule. The support team was fantastic! They assisted me in finding the watercolor guide by providing the link. I would definitely consider doing business with this service again. The paint kits are adorable and engaging, sparking creativity. I gifted one to a friend who had never painted before, and within just two days, she had created at least six different artworks.
