I did not receive my packet due to wrong address by delivery. Jed from Tobioshop helped my wonderful. He wrote me back instantly and searched where it went wrong ! After that he asked me if I wanted the things I ordered, or pay back the amount I already payed! We agreed in paying back! So very good and smooth help from Tobio’ shop by Jed !!!
