As a family of five, we had a reservation. Upon arrival, we were abruptly told to order drinks and food from the bar. The food service was disappointing, with a rude server who served us fatty beef that was inedible. After waiting for vegetables, we were informed they had run out. My son, who only eats roast potatoes, found them mushy and served in a dangerously hot tray. No gravy was available, despite promises. The service from the bar staff was appalling, but a waitress attempted to help us. Unfortunately, the manager only agreed to refund one meal, which felt very unfair. Overall, a frustrating experience.
