A three-star rating may be too generous after our experience. We booked a festive meal but were met with a lack of festive decor and slow service. There were no Yorkshire puddings available, and the gravy was nearly empty. By the time we ordered desserts, they were out of several options. I was disappointed with the entire experience, especially compared to other establishments that truly embrace the festive spirit.
