I have had the same returns experience as all the previous reviews in recent months. I have emailed several times and contacted them through their website and nothing, they don't appear to have any phone numbers. I returned some items and paid postage myself. Only 2 of 4 items were refunded and 2 were returned to me, and another £10 deducted even though I covered my own return cost. They are unused, perfect condition, all labels and hygiene stickers in place. So I think the company is doing the same thing to lots of customers when they return and refusing them for no reason and then you can't get in contact with them to do anything about it. Perhaps they will reply to this review sooner than any of my emails. I was returning the items as the tops aren't supportive at all.
