Review Time
I have had the same returns experience as all the previous reviews in recent months. I have emailed several times and contacted them through their website and nothing, they don't appear to have any phone numbers. I returned some items and paid postage myself. Only 2 of 4 items were refunded and 2 were returned to me, and another £10 deducted even though I covered my own return cost. They are unused, perfect condition, all labels and hygiene stickers in place. So I think the company is doing the same thing to lots of customers when they return and refusing them for no reason and then you can't get in contact with them to do anything about it. Perhaps they will reply to this review sooner than any of my emails. I was returning the items as the tops aren't supportive at all.

Bought a bikini as a trial to buy a few for my honey moon, I purchased two styles of tops and bottoms, the bottoms were too small and the one style of top didn’t suit. I tried on and bagged up to return. I then purchased the bigger size in the bottoms and they were perfect. I returned for store credit as I was going to buy 4/5 more. They were then shipped back to me as damaged. Do not buy to try on for size as you will not get a refund!
Completely disorganised business with shockingly poor customer service. Despite one of the founders personally requesting on my previous review that I email them directly, there has been no acknowledgement or response whatsoever. Since then, the situation has only deteriorated, with the customer service team repeatedly dragging out the process and replying with vague, two-line responses that offer no explanation or resolution.This exchange process has been ongoing since 12 December, and it is genuinely the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The latest claim is that a refund was processed before the holidays yet no such refund has reached my payment method. My bank has had to step in and raise a chargeback.The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic competence is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this brand. You can find far better quality products and significantly better service elsewhere.
Returns: this aspect has little ro be desired and I am in full agreement with previous reviewer. Firstly, I too had to return a costume that did not fit and, due to earlier non delivery it arrived late which meant that the 14 days return policy was not met. After emailing, I was given an address to return the goods but I had to pay for postage and packaging. I received my refund with £4 deducted even though I had already paid for it. I await a reply on this. Secondly, my daughter had to return the bottoms to a two piece with hygiene sticker still in place. This was returned with an email stating there was a stain on the bottoms. A photo was included - honestly? When we received the returned bottoms we looked everywhere for this stain. We passed it around to friends and family, even got out a torch to look inch by inch over it, we could not find a stain that could be seen with the naked eye. I can only assume that the 'stain' shown on the bottoms in the photo sent to us was not the same bikini bottoms or, the photo has been enhanced many, many times to try and find something that will give reason to not refund. Very disappointing for a company that says it wants to empower women, as long as there are no complaints or refunds requested.
Ordered two swimsuits from this company, they arrived and they felt like good quality (not necessarily exceptional but better than cheaper alternatives) but upon opening them I knew they wouldn't fit me so I didn't bother trying them on. I processed them to be returned. I was able to return one item but the other swim wear they wouldn't accept as it had tiny white mark (smaller than a nail) on it in a non compromising area (it was on a sleeve I think). The only conceivable thing that could have happened was the mark coming from the packaging I reused from them (?) The mark came off with a wipe with a dry cloth when it was sent back to me though they still wouldn't accept a refund. I now have a very expensive swimsuit that I cannot wear - nor can pass to friends (doesn't fit them either) and am out £60 plus postage fees - this review is not necessarily a indictment on the company as I think it is standard practice to not generally accept refunds on items like this but to flag to any future buyers. This seems to be something that has happened to a few people as reflected in a few other reviews- so I think worthwhile being careful when receiving or returning items to this brand - make sure you take pictures documenting the item is in good condition before returning - though in general I think this is good practice for anything very expensive.
After years of struggling to find swimwear that is supportive but flattering, I have found my new go to brand! Absolutely love the material and fit of the Havana bikini top, fete bottoms and Carib one piece I recently purchased. Although on the higher end of my price range, I will definitely be purchasing more toco swimwear as the quality and support provided is unmatched! The customer service has been amazing. All round a great brand and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
The most beautifully buttery soft, comfortable swimwear you’ll ever put on your body! I personally own 8 Toco bikinis, have gifted a number to family/friends and will continue to purchase in the future. The quality of the product is unmatched, only beaten by the delightful owners who I have been fortunate to meet at one of the brand pop-ups.
My immediate go-to for swimwear. I have tested a LOT of swimwear out there on the market and none come close to the high quality fabric, gorgeous designs and competitive price point of Toco. Toco’s designs are super flattering and consistently receive compliments whilst wearing their items. A customer for life.
I've been a Toco Swim customer for years, and I can honestly say they're hands down once of the best companies I've ever bought from. Not only are their items such high quality and super stylish, the customer service I've received from them has been impeccable. When they've not had sizes in stock that I've ordered, they've personally emailed me to explain what went wrong; I've returned swimsuits without an issue as I follow the hygiene rules (I'm always super careful about this one), and the way they interact with customers to make changes to their bikinis is border-line genius. They are really led by the customer, and it's so nice to see how far they've come in such a short space of time! I look forward to their social posts and new releases all the time!
