Untrustworthy and frustrating experience. This morning, I paid around 30$ for a one-month trial of a certain app. Just two hours later, I received a call from my bank alerting me to three suspicious charges on my credit card (three times around 200$ in addition to the initial 30$) made that same morning to the same app. Thankfully, the bank managed to block these unauthorized payments, and I was able to cancel my card immediately. This has been a very unpleasant experience. Now, I'm waiting for a new credit card, which means I can't make any purchases in the coming days or withdraw cash from ATMs. It's extremely inconvenient. How do I file a formal complaint? Isn't this illegal?
