I liked this app because it helped me understand myself in a new way. It made me realize how it affects my life, both positively and negatively, and how changing this habit could improve my future. The activity was simple but made me think about my actions and how I manage my time. It also helped me reflect on my goals and what I can do to achieve them. Overall, this app was useful and motivating, and it encouraged me to make better choices and be more productive.
I think this has been very helpful for me, as I found it quite useful. I found all the activities very helpful in planning my jobs as well as focusing on them. I believe many peoplego to work but are unable to be productive sometimes due to various issues, and it is helpful to know what distractors you have as a person or as a business so that you can eliminate them.
They are a scam business, preying on people with real mental health problems and they urge you to pay for a 28 day challenge but you can only request the refund within 11 days of purchase and you are forced to provide screenshots VIA EMAIL (red flag) so they can "check" you have done at leats 7 lessons, which there's a limit to one lesson per day.
I had the 1 month plan and I did NOT give them consnt to charge me the 3 months plan, which was almost 100 euros.
Disgusting, don't ever even fall in this scam.

If you have problems with procrastination, bad habits, or mental health issues, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this app, and especially not this company.
There are several reasons for this, and I'll start with the fact that they brazenly deceive their subscribers by not mentioning that after payment, your account will be automatically replenished. And if the guest amount/invitation was acceptable—$10—then starting next month, they will charge you $60. Moreover, they do this without any warning or mention of it in the agreement.
The second reason. As soon as you discover that money has been debited from your account and file a complaint with the company, they will delay their response as long as possible so as not to meet the 11-day deadline they give for refunds. This is what happened in my case. They charged me $60 without my knowledge on January 31, 2026, after which I opened a dispute and unsubscribed on February 3. On February 4, they responded about the subscription, and only on February 5 did they respond about the refund within 5-8 days. On February 9, I received half of the refund amount.
I asked why, and they replied that 11 days had passed since the purchase (which they say was on January 27) and they could only refund half. Even after I provided screenshots from the bank showing the unauthorized transfer of $60, they refused to pay me the remaining half of the amount. Thus, they themselves set the time and cut the payment in half.
And the third reason. Keeping a diary with answers to trivial questions once a day will definitely not help you cope with procrastination or other mental difficulties. In this case, it is easier to buy a GPT chat for $20, which, among other things, will also answer you. And it definitely won't deceive you!
I strongly advise you not to ever use this app or the services of this company, unless, of course, you are looking for additional problems in your life. I join the others who have been deceived by this company and believe that justice will prevail.
I would give them less than a 1 star if I could. I believe they are not transparent about how and what they charge for their service. They are extremely difficult to navigate with questions or issues, and they charged me 2X on the same day for two different amounts. Difficult to cancel, Impossible to get a refund.
Terrible company. Fraudulent. Contacted very quickly to say felt not trustworthy. No response. Then they tried to take £165 out of my account, luckily blocked and because of them I have kept my account frozen. I contacted them again. No response and they tried again today a couple of weeks later to take £165!?
No response to any emails, no way of contacting. Never used the app never tried it and they know this yet try to grab money! STAY AWAY !
I have repeatedly been charged for this app, and there is apparently no refund or cancellation process. I have been emailing the customer support, but I have received no reply. I cannot even access the app through my account, and it clearly is a scam. No policies for cancellation have been sent to me, or outlined anywhere and there is no communication with the company at all.

The pricing model is clearly deceptive and exploitative, preying on a vulnerable group of individuals facing mental health challenges, ADHD, and procrastination. Additional research reveals that many users have encountered difficulties when attempting to cancel the service and have been ignored. While I haven't personally purchased the service or tried the product, I am appalled by their tactics to exploit people like myself, and I feel it's crucial to warn others about this.
I am really enjoying the app and keeping up with the lessons every day. It feels validating to read about the cravings and the science behind feelings and thoughts I've experienced before. Interestingly, ever since I decided to embark on this journey, the cravings seem to have diminished, making it surprisingly easy to refrain from drinking.
Untrustworthy and frustrating experience. This morning, I paid around 30$ for a one-month trial of a certain app. Just two hours later, I received a call from my bank alerting me to three suspicious charges on my credit card (three times around 200$ in addition to the initial 30$) made that same morning to the same app. Thankfully, the bank managed to block these unauthorized payments, and I was able to cancel my card immediately. This has been a very unpleasant experience. Now, I'm waiting for a new credit card, which means I can't make any purchases in the coming days or withdraw cash from ATMs. It's extremely inconvenient. How do I file a formal complaint? Isn't this illegal?
