We have bought several doors and hardware for our renovations over the last two years. Initially, we were happy with the products, but we've found the quality of the doors isn't as high as we anticipated. We mistakenly ordered too many hinges and handles and wanted to return them, but it's frustrating that we can't do so at the nearest location; it requires a trip to the main warehouse, which is inconvenient. I hope the company considers allowing returns at any location.
