My only issue on deliery. They coudnt find the deliery address so deliered it to the incorrect place 1 mile from my house. They did retriee it and managed to deliver it to the correct address later that day.
I need to order more doors but if I use Todd will they delier it correctly
Was happy with the whole experience Knowledgable staff and on time delivery Phones were answered promptly Kept up to date on delivery times Driver was helpful and professional Prices were competitive and quality seem ok Would have liked a little more variety Make sure you purchase when they have a sale as I believe the you get a realistic price
We have bought several doors and hardware for our renovations over the last two years. Initially, we were happy with the products, but we've found the quality of the doors isn't as high as we anticipated. We mistakenly ordered too many hinges and handles and wanted to return them, but it's frustrating that we can't do so at the nearest location; it requires a trip to the main warehouse, which is inconvenient. I hope the company considers allowing returns at any location.
