I was originally looking forward to giving Todd's a chance. I had seen many of their advertisements on social media, I thought their website functioned great, they had expedited shipping options, and so I made a purchase. I made my purchase on a Monday and paid for 2nd day delivery, leaving an additional 1-2 days before the weekend. My order wasn't processed for two complete days, and an update was emailed Wednesday morning saying delivery would be an additional three days plus a holiday and a Sunday. I emailed their info@todd address, and Vicky was polite and prompt but completely unhelpful or unaccommodating. Instead explained/blamed the Michigan postal service. Nowhere in their checkout process does it say orders will be processed after 48 hours and wasted expedited shipping on what appears to be a one person operation in MI, that I sympathize with even after this nonsense. Needless to say, I dont know how their product is and honestly, I dont care. There is better elsewhere that you can buy with confidence from. It's not even about the money, just own the slow processing and give me the same 10% off you give new customers for giving up their email address, or free expedited shipping on my next/future order? For reals, kind of clueless. I'd recommend you blow by this popsicle stand.
