Love all the products I’ve purchased from TSJ. Quality is amazing, and Vicky at customer service has been a huge help in getting my order just right after I purchased something unintentionally. Definitely would recommend.

While I’m sure the product is good I would never know because the customer service (Vicky) is horrible. I placed an order with one day shipping as I was leaving for a trip only to see an email the next day asking if I was sure I wanted the order because I wouldn’t be able to return anything (even though their policy online says I could). I responded saying I would like the order still as long as it would still get to me in time. They told me it wouldn’t make it because I paid for the slowest shipping (I checked and I did pay for one day shipping) so I canceled the whole order.

Terrible customer service

Terrible cudyomer service

A woman named Vicky in customer service refused to give a refund and also refused to return product in light of no refund. So I basically paid them money for no product. She said “I’m not playing this game.”

Spend your money somewhere else.

I was originally looking forward to giving Todd's a chance. I had seen many of their advertisements on social media, I thought their website functioned great, they had expedited shipping options, and so I made a purchase. I made my purchase on a Monday and paid for 2nd day delivery, leaving an additional 1-2 days before the weekend. My order wasn't processed for two complete days, and an update was emailed Wednesday morning saying delivery would be an additional three days plus a holiday and a Sunday. I emailed their info@todd address, and Vicky was polite and prompt but completely unhelpful or unaccommodating. Instead explained/blamed the Michigan postal service. Nowhere in their checkout process does it say orders will be processed after 48 hours and wasted expedited shipping on what appears to be a one person operation in MI, that I sympathize with even after this nonsense. Needless to say, I dont know how their product is and honestly, I dont care. There is better elsewhere that you can buy with confidence from. It's not even about the money, just own the slow processing and give me the same 10% off you give new customers for giving up their email address, or free expedited shipping on my next/future order? For reals, kind of clueless. I'd recommend you blow by this popsicle stand.

Above and Beyond Customer Service

I have the highest regard for the Todd Sanfield company. A package that was enroute was mis-delivered by the post office to a house in an entirely different zip code. USPS provided me an email confirming the delivery (I subscribe to USPS daily notifications). When I didn't see the package, even though USPS said it was delivered, I contacted Todd Sanfield the very next morning. Within an hour, I received a reply email from Vicky. She said they would send out a replacement order immediately. They did. And of course, the original package arrived the next day. I offered to send it back at my own expense, but they said don't worry they will absorb the cost - and they emailed me shipping label to affix to the replacement package when it arrives. What a pleasure dealing with reasonable people for a change. No delay, no treating you like you are not being truthful, none of that. They just moved quickly to turn lemons into lemonade. But better yet, the underwear is fantastic. Correctly sized, stylish, and feels great when worn. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered a swimsuit from them and the label arrived off the suit. It was too small anyway so I returned it. When they received the return they said it was not a valid return and fought me on it so hard. I have never in my life experienced such uncooperative, unhelpful customer service team. I would have purchased their items in the future, but now with dealing with such an unpleasant company who essentially claimed I was a thief, I now will never shop with them again.

Todd Sanfield: Return Scam Artists

Ordered a swimsuit. Tried it on twice and decided it wasn't for me. Sent the return back with the swimsuit in the same condition it arrived in. They sent me a BS email saying they wouldn't accept the return because of a stain. They attached pictures of a swimsuit that was stained with a giant poop stain on it, obviously not the one I sent back. Total scam artists, so buyers beware.
