I ordered the Joyor S5 Pro scooter and received it exactly two days after placing the order, which was impressively fast. The customer support team also responds very quickly and is very helpful.
We checked the scooter and my son is very happy with it. The scooter is excellent in every aspect – great build quality, smooth ride, and powerful performance.
Overall, we are very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Todimart Is Ignoring Consumer Rights – Avoid This Company

I strongly warn anyone considering buying from Todimart to think twice before spending your money there. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and shows a complete disregard for customers and their legal rights.I purchased an electric scooter from them for €692.55. The product arrived, but I decided to return it within the legal 14-day return period, exactly as their own policy states. I followed the procedure expecting a normal and professional return process.Instead, the entire situation turned into a disaster because of Todimart’s incompetence and lack of support.First, Todimart sent me the wrong return label, which already created problems from the start. Then I discovered that the package was too heavy for the Belgian postal service, Bpost, meaning the return shipment could not even be processed properly through the label they provided.An external carrier (DynaLogics) was involved, but they also refused the package due to the weight. As a result, the scooter is now stuck at a Bpost facility in Brussels North, and I have been told that only the sender (Todimart) can open a case with Bpost to resolve the situation.Here is the absurd situation Todimart has created:I do not have the scooter anymoreI have not received my refundThe return shipment is stuck in a postal facilityTodimart is ignoring my messages and refusing to take responsibilityThis is completely unacceptable. The mistake was caused by their incorrect return instructions and label, yet they refuse to take the simple step required to resolve it with the carrier.At this point it feels like Todimart is deliberately ignoring the situation and hoping the customer simply gives up. This is not how a legitimate company treats customers who followed the return policy correctly.Let me be very clear: this is nearly €700 of my money currently stuck because of Todimart’s failure to handle a basic return process.If this situation is not resolved soon, I will escalate the issue through every available channel including:formal complaints to consumer protection authoritiespayment dispute procedurespublic reviews across multiple platforms warning buyers about this experienceCompanies that sell expensive products online have a legal obligation to support customers when something goes wrong, especially when the problem was caused by their own return process.Until this issue is resolved and my refund is issued, I strongly advise people to avoid buying from Todimart. Based on my experience, once they have your money, you may be left completely alone when problems occur.
