I purchased a pre-owned escooter, which I thought would be checked over before reselling. Bought this in early August 2025 and it's not working. Rather than accepting a return within the 14 days, they have sent me replacement parts and YouTube videos to fix myself. I have said multiple times, I don't have the capacity to do all this (I work full-time, 3 kids, carer, personal health issues) and they won't entertain a return! It is now 5 months and I have this bulky escooter sitting in my hallway doing nothing!
