I ordered two tops on December 2nd for the holidays. Like other customers, I received the same vague replies about delays. I heard nothing until the week before Christmas when I was informed one top was delayed. After multiple emails, I learned one top was ready, but the other wouldn’t arrive in time. I received the one top, which was fine, but I requested a refund for the other. I was told it would be processed in a few days, but after the holiday break, I still hadn’t received it. I eventually got a partial refund and had to chase for the rest. This experience was frustrating, and I won’t be using this service again.
