Absolutely disgraceful customer service.. do not order from this company!I purchased 4 bands as Christmas gifts on 08/12/24 and 1 was missing from my order.I did get one reply at first to let me know my chosen band was out of stock & did I want a refund so I asked if I could actually just exchange it for a different one..And after that email I am still waiting for a reply. I don’t know how many emails I have sent since as well as filled out a tonne of the customer service requests online. You get an automated reply to say please allow up to 3 days for a response which is hilarious as I’ve been waiting almost 3 months now.They’re just scamming people out of money really and I’m so angry about it after reading other peoples experiences too.I have no idea how this company has the backing of so many reputable celebrities & such a massive following on social media. They’re the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Which is so sad cos the products are actually real nice but it doesn’t make up for the fact that I have paid for something and not received it. It’s literal daylight robbery.
