They are hiding irresponsiveness under good deed!

Orders are never coming in time!
They are never responding to requests and even if you get to connect with them, you´ll just get a very short message without any description.

I think fame has considerably reduced their service levels!
When they were small and wanted to grow, they were very friendly; but recently the service level has dropped considerably!

No delivery or contact for >4 months - appalling service

Placed an order in November 24 for 4 bands as Christmas presents. Initial customer service was great, allowing me to change one of the bands, but since then there has been no delivery, no updates, and no response to numerous email chasers. Appalling service and would not recommend anyone to purchase from them, despite the good intent.

Do not order from this company!!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service.. do not order from this company!I purchased 4 bands as Christmas gifts on 08/12/24 and 1 was missing from my order.I did get one reply at first to let me know my chosen band was out of stock & did I want a refund so I asked if I could actually just exchange it for a different one..And after that email I am still waiting for a reply. I don’t know how many emails I have sent since as well as filled out a tonne of the customer service requests online. You get an automated reply to say please allow up to 3 days for a response which is hilarious as I’ve been waiting almost 3 months now.They’re just scamming people out of money really and I’m so angry about it after reading other peoples experiences too.I have no idea how this company has the backing of so many reputable celebrities & such a massive following on social media. They’re the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Which is so sad cos the products are actually real nice but it doesn’t make up for the fact that I have paid for something and not received it. It’s literal daylight robbery.

Worst customer service ever.

I placed an order on the 3rd of December and have contacted them multiple times asking for an update. No one bothers to respond. It's been a month.Have asked for a refund and I doubt I'll hear back from them. Worst customer service ever. Have the decency to actually respond to people
