Ordered item on 3rd May. It never arrived. Emailed several times asking for an update with a few sporadic replies saying they were looking into it. Eventually after me posting on Facebook they advised item was out of stock and would issue a refund. Sent a refund via paypal and then rescinded same refund before it hit my account. So basically they changed their mind about giving me back my money!! Contacted them several more times and they replied to say they are looking into it but basically did nothing. Eventually I got fed up and opened a dispute with Paypal which has been resolved in my favour. Doubt i would have ever been refunded without Paypal intervening. Refund was £297 so a lot of money to be out of pocket. I would recommend everyone to avoid like the plague unless you can afford to take a risk on losing your money AND receiving nothing.They have removed my comments from their Facebook page, and continued to send me marketing emails advertising their products - as if i would ever take a chance and order anything again!!!!!!!!!!
