AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Terrible customer service. Placed an order, nothing arrived for weeks and no updates. Contacted customer service by email countless times as they didn't answer their web request page and you can't phone them.Got so fed up, I told my bank and they tried to get the refund. Emailed Togetherband saying the order should be cancelled and a full refund given.Togetherband finally got in touch and sent out the products after I had emailed saying the order should be cancelled.They said they would send me a pre-paid return envelope.I returned the items and they have just had the nerve to tell me they are refunding my money minus the postage - they didn't tell me this before.....Don't waste your money unless you want to throw it away! Would give Zero stars if I could.....
