Terrible. Been on their waiting list for 8 years. 8 years! 8 months I'd be scratching my head but after 8 years it just feels hopeless now. We still bid, just in case we finally get a home. I've emailed on properties that are ideal for me and my family. I just get told that basically I have to be on the street. Surely homeless prevention is better than homeless solutions. And now they've changed how they rank you. At this rate I'll be looking for a retirement flat instead of a family home. 8 years. Shocking.
