My father had been trying to sell his flat in a building ran by Together Housing. They promised a certificate in 2/3 days and it’s been over 4 weeks with no one prepared to take responsibility.My father had been living on a mattress on the floor, with no furniture, no internet connection and no tv service for the last few weeks.It’s causing a massive amount of stress and frustration while also jeopardising the chain of sales attached to the sale.No one, will advise of a time scale, all we get is blame passing with not help in sight. Disgusting way to treat people. I’d hate to work for an organisation that cares so little.
